Volunteers are needed to help with the Prime Minister’s 9th Olympic Dinner (PMOD) which is being held on June 18, 2016 at the Melbourne Convention Centre. The dinner is the major fundraiser for the Rio 2016 Australian Olympic Team.
This esteemed function marks the final countdown for Australia’s Olympic Team on its exciting journey to the Opening Ceremony of the Games of the 31st Olympiad at Rio on August 5.
With more than 1,300 guests and 100 Olympians at the dinner, an invitation is extended to Canoeing Victoria athletes to be part of this celebration.
The Victorian Olympic Council are looking for 100 volunteer athletes (over 15 year of age) to participate in the formalities. Responsibilities include:
